In "A Case of Gorham's Disease With Chylothorax Treated Curatively With Radiation Therapy" (pp. 83-86), Duffy and colleagues present an interesting case of a rare disease that cause's massive osteolysis. Gorham's disease results when lymphatic and vascular capillaries infiltrate bone causing resorption of osseous tissue and replacement with angiomatous tissue giving the appearance of missing bone on X-ray imaging.

Dr. Patel highlights the historic background and discusses the etiopathology, clinical presentation, methods for diagnosis, and treatment options for this intriguing and extremely rare disease.
